Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Vouch is a small site that publishes scored reviews of AI tools. It collects very little, and this page says exactly what, where it goes, and how to have it removed. If something here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will answer plainly. What we do with money rather than data is on the refund policy.

The short version

  • We do not set cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone, and there is nothing here to sell: the only personal information this site holds is what someone chooses to type into the tool submission form.

Who is responsible

  • The data controller for this site is Minel Gunesoglu, in Türkiye. That is the legal term for the person who decides what personal data is collected here and why, and it is the person a request under this policy reaches.
  • For anything on this page, including a request about your own data, write to [email protected]. There is no form and you do not need to cite a law or explain why you are asking.

What the submit form collects

  • The form on our submit page asks for details about a tool: its name, its address, the category it belongs in, a tagline, a pitch, what makes it different, how it is priced, the year it launched, whether it runs an affiliate programme, and a social link.
  • Three of those fields are personal data: the submitter's name, their contact email address, and the social profile link if they give one. We also record which submission tier was chosen and whether a payment request is outstanding.
  • Nothing on that form is required by us for any purpose other than assessing and replying to the submission.
  • The lawful basis is straightforward: you give us these details yourself, on your own initiative, so that we will look at your tool. We use them for that and for replying to you, and for nothing else. If you asked us to stop and delete them, there would be no other purpose left for us to keep them under.

Where it goes, and who else sees it

  • The submission is stored in Cloudflare KV, a key-value store attached to this site, hosted by Cloudflare.
  • It is also forwarded once to web3forms.com, a form-delivery service, purely so that a notification email reaches our inbox. That service handles the message in transit and is the only third party that sees a submission.
  • That email lands in a mailbox hosted by Hostinger. Beyond those three (Cloudflare, Web3Forms, Hostinger), nobody receives it.

How long we keep it

  • Submissions are kept until they are deleted by hand. Our storage sets no automatic expiry, so we are not going to claim one here.
  • If you want your submission and your details removed, write to us and we will delete the record. There is no form to fill in and no condition attached.

Payments

  • Paid submissions are arranged by hand, after we have looked at a submission. We then send a Payoneer payment request. This site takes no card payments, so no card number ever reaches it or us.
  • Payoneer processes the payment under its own terms and privacy notice. From it we may see limited transaction details, such as the payer's name, the amount, the date and a reference, which we need in order to confirm the payment cleared, deliver what was bought, process a refund if one is due, and keep our own financial records.

Analytics

  • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It reports page views, visit counts, load times and broad signals like browser and country. It does not set an identifier on your device and does not follow you to other sites.
  • We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising or profiling tool.

Cookies

  • This site sets none. That is a statement about the code rather than a preference: the served pages carry no cookie header and load no third-party script, which is why you have never seen a consent banner here.
  • If that ever changes, this page changes first and a banner appears with it.
  • What happens after you leave is not ours to control. When you click through to a vendor we cover, that site may set its own cookies on its own domain, under its own policy. TODAY THAT IS ALL THAT HAPPENS: across all 39 tools on this site there is currently not one affiliate link, so nothing here is tagged to attribute a referral to us. The banner at the top of every page says we MAY earn a commission because that is the arrangement we would disclose if it existed; at the time of writing it does not.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • We run no advertising trackers and build no profile of anyone.
  • There is no mailing list here, so we send no marketing email. If a message arrives from us, it is a reply to something you sent.
  • No page on this site asks for a payment card, an identity document or a password, because nothing here needs one.
  • Beyond the providers that host the site and carry our email, and Payoneer when someone buys a paid service, submission and correspondence data goes nowhere else.

Affiliate links

  • There are none today. Across all 39 tools on this site, not one carries an affiliate link, and the ribbon at the top of every page says so.
  • If that ever changes, the disclosure appears on the page before the link does, and a commission still never moves a score or an order. What payment can and cannot buy is on the refund policy.

Contacting us

  • The contact page is an email link. It is not a form and it stores nothing. If you email us, we hold that email in our mailbox in the ordinary way.

Your rights

  • Depending on where you live these rights have a name: GDPR in the European Union, KVKK in Türkiye, and comparable laws elsewhere. Under all of them you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask us to delete it.
  • In practice that means submission details and any email you have sent us, because that is the whole of what we have. Write to [email protected] and we will do it. You do not need an account, a form, a legal citation or a reason.
  • If instead you think something we PUBLISHED is wrong, that is a different route and it is open to anyone, not only to the subject of the page. It goes through our corrections policy.

Server logs

  • Our host, Cloudflare, processes requests to this site and keeps its own operational logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. That processing is Cloudflare's and is governed by their terms, not by anything we configure.

We may update this policy, and the date at the top changes when we do.
