Terms of use
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These are the rules for using Vouch. They sit alongside the privacy policy, the refund policy and how we score. Questions go to [email protected].
Who publishes this
- Vouch (vouchaitools.com) is an independent publication, published and operated by Minel Gunesoglu in Türkiye. Questions about these terms, and anything else, go to [email protected].
What this site is
- We publish scored reviews of AI tools. Every score is built from public evidence: the vendor's own pricing pages and legal documents, published review platforms, and public leaderboards where one exists for the category. Each figure carries the date it was read and the source it came from.
- We do not run controlled tests of these products. Nothing here claims we did. Where a review says what a tool does, it is reporting what a document or a review platform says, on a stated date.
What a score is, and what it is not
- A score is a measurement against a published method, not a recommendation and not a warranty. It can be wrong, it can go out of date, and a vendor can change its terms the day after we read them.
- Decide with your own judgement. Read the row headings and the dates. If money or a contract depends on it, check the vendor's own current documents before you commit.
- Where a review reports something negative, it reports a finding with its source and its date. It is not a statement about anybody's character or intent.
Using what we publish
- You may read, link to and quote from this site. If you quote a figure, please carry its date with it, because a number without its date stops being true at some point and we would rather that not happen under our name.
- You may not republish whole pages as your own, and you may not present our scores as something they are not, for example as a test result or as a paid endorsement.
Submitting a tool
- Anyone may submit a tool. Submitting one does not oblige us to cover it, and being covered is an editorial decision that is not for sale.
- By submitting, you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you have the right to give them. We may decline any submission, and we may stop covering a tool at any time.
- The two paid services on the submit page buy review speed and visibility respectively. Neither buys a listing, a score, a ranking position or a favourable verdict. What happens to the money in each case is set out in the refund policy.
Affiliate links
- Some links may earn us a commission. Where that is true it is disclosed on the page, and it never affects a score or an order. A commission is not a reason a tool is here and the absence of one is not a reason it is missing.
Getting something wrong
- We publish corrections rather than quietly editing. If you find a factual error, the corrections page explains how to tell us and what happens next.
Availability
- This is a small operation. The site may be unavailable, pages may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice.
Links out
- We link to vendors, their documents and other third-party sites. We do not control any of them and are not responsible for their content, their prices or their policies. Once you follow a link away from here, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Vouch and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from using this site or relying on what it publishes. Which tools you buy or use are your own decisions.
- Nothing in this clause removes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
- Nothing here removes any consumer right you may have under the law of the country you live in. If a mandatory rule there gives you more than this page does, that rule wins.
Changes
- We may update these terms and the date at the top changes when we do. For a purchase, the version in force on the day you paid is the one that applies.
